Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@pigouchet.com, including your order number and photographs of the item.

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied books. Once the return has been approved and the item has been received, a replacement or refund will be issued.
